    Vinegars: Raspberry Vinegar 2

    12 ounce white wine vinegar
    1/4 cup frozen raspberries -- thawed
    1 cup raspberry liqueur

    Recipe



    Combine ingredients. Cover and let stand five days or more at room temperature. Strain vinegar and pour into sterilized bottle. Discard raspberries.

    YIELD: 16 Ounces

    Lisa's Tip: I find that straining raspberry vinegars is best done 3 times for clear product. I do 2 strains, then let the vinegar settle for a couple of days. The sediment should all be in the very bottom. Carefully strain trough cheesecloth one last time, stopping at the sediment line. Makes beautiful sparkling clear vinegar.
