Buy as many cookies as you can use in a year, they freeze well, and can be stored unopened, in a cool, dry place for up to twelve months.

-Lemon Drop cookies make a perfect piecrust, just mix one box crushed Lemon Drop cookies and 1/2 cup melted butter. Pat into a pie pan. For a firmer crust bake at 300 degrees for ten minutes.

-Make individual ice cream sandwiches with your favorite cookies. Soften ice cream or frozen yogurt, pack it into a small juice can and refreeze. Once frozen, cut away the container and slice ice cream into small disks. Sandwich between cookies, and for an extra treat let kids roll the edges in sprinkles.

-Use a ring of Samoas to hold birthday candles on your next homemade creation, they look great and are yummy too.

-Kids will love making tabletop s'mores. This is especially fun for an indoor camp or sleepover. Roast marshmallows over candle flames on wooden skewers. When they get nice and brown, squish them between two Thin Mint cookies and that's it. THIS REQUIRES ADULT SUPERVISION.

-If you can manage to save any cookies for the holidays, they’re perfect for making Girl Scout Cookie Houses. Start with a small milk carton and let kids get creative while they apply cookies with canned frosting.
