List of Ingredients
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1/4 c finely chopped fresh basil
1 clove garlic. minced
1 TBSP each dijon mustard and extra virgin Olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 pound plum tomatoes, peeled and seeded
1 pound green beans, trimmed
Dressing:
In small container with tight lid, combine all dressing ingredients. Cover tightly and shake to mix
Recipe
Cut tomatoes into bite size pieces and place in med. bowl.
Cut beans into 2" lengths. Place in small saucepan with boiling water. Cook over med. heat till barely tender (5 min?) then drain and rinse under cold tap water. Drain and blot dry. Add to tomatoes.
Pour dressing over beans and tomatoes and toss and serve.
