List of Ingredients
2 cups Fresh fruit, cleaned and finely diced (pineapple, mango, papaya, strawberries, melon, orange, grapefruit or a combination)
1/3 cup Red onion diced small
1 Jalapeno, finely minced
1 Lime, freshly squeezed
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
To taste: Sea salt
To taste: Black pepper, freshly ground
To taste: Sugar Recipe
Toss all ingredients together.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
Allow to sit for one hour before serving.
YIELD: 2 Cups
