Christmas: Eggnog Cranberry Salad

List of Ingredients
1 (3 or 3 1/4 oz ) pkg regular vanilla pudding mix
1 ( 3oz) pkg lemon-flavored gelatin
2 Tblsp lemon juice
1 (3oz) pkg raspberry-flavored gelatin
1 (16oz)can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 (8oz) Cool Whip
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Recipe
In saucepan, combine pudding mix, lemon jello and 2 cups water;cook and stir till mixture boils.
Stir in lemon juice; chill till partially set. Dissolve raspberry jello in 1 cup boiling water; cook and stir till dissolved.
Beat in cranberry sauce. Fold in celery and nuts. Chill until partially set. Fold nutmeg into Cool Whip. Fold cool whip mixture into pudding mixture.
Pour half the pudding into an 8x8x2" pan.
Carefully pour cranberry layer over; top with remaining pudding.
Chill for 6 hours or overnight.
