4th of July: Independence Day Chicken

List of Ingredients

1 stick butter, (4 oz)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
dash pepper
dash dry mustard, optional
juice of one lemon
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
6 chicken breast halves, boneless



Recipe

Melt butter; blend in garlic, salt, chili powder, pepper and mustard. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Pour butter mixture over chicken.

Cover; bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.

Uncover; bake at 325°, basting frequently, for 35 to 45 minutes or until tender.

YIELD: 4- 6 Servings
