Thanksgiving: Ma's Cranberry Relish

- 1 orange
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
- Put cranberries, orange rind and pulp through a food grinder or processor - chopped well. Add sugar and let stand for 10 minutes. MIX well.
- Refridgerate covered.
