    Christmas: Merry Christmas Crunch

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups Christmas Captain Crunch cereal
    2 cups Christmas Rice Krispies cereal
    2 cups low salt pretzels (broken into bite-sized bits)
    2 cups of unsalted peanuts
    2 cups of mini-marshmallows
    1 pound white melting chocolate
    1 Tblsp. shortening

    Recipe

    Melt the white chocolate and shortening in a double boiler.

    Mix in all the other ingredients, and stir until well mixed.

    Drop by spoonfuls into Christmas muffin papers.

    Let cool.
