Valentine's Day: Gift-Coconut Chocolate Balls

List of Ingredients
8 ounces of milk chocolate, grated or finely chopped
4 ounces of semisweet chocolate, grated or finely chopped
8 ounces flaked coconut
2 cups rice crispy cereal
Recipe
Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, melt the chocolates, stirring until smooth.
Remove from the heat.
Stir in the coconut and cereal.
Butter or oil your hands and roll tablespoons of the mixture into small balls.
Place the balls on the prepared pan.
Chill 1 hour or until firm.
YIELD: 1 1/2 pounds
