    List of Ingredients





    vanilla ice cream
    1/4 cup rum
    2 cups pitted dark sweet cherries
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon grated orange peel
    1/4 cup brandy

    Recipe



    1.) Scoop ice cream into serving size portions
    2.) In a saute pan heat up cherries, sugar, and orange peels
    3.) Flame bandy
    4.) Reduce till thick
    5.) Pour over ice cream
