    Sumptuous Cinnamon

    List of Ingredients

    10 cups light cream
    2 cups sugar
    2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
    1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Recipe

    Combine cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in ice cream freezer container. Cover and churn-freeze according to ice cream maker directions. Use 1 cup rock salt to every 8 cups crushed ice. When mixture is firm, remove beater; replace lid (close hole in cover). Repack with more ice and salt to cover container. Let ripen 30 to 60 minutes.

    YIELD: About 1 Gallon
    PREP TIME: 10 minutes
    CHURN TIME: 45 minutes
    STAND TIME: 30 minutes
