    Tart Cherry Ice Cream

    List of Ingredients

    1 can tart red cherries (16 ounces) drained & chopped
    1 can sweetened condensed milk -- (14 ounces)
    12 ounces black cherry soda
    1 cup whipping cream
    1 cup light cream
    3 eggs -- beaten slightly
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    red food coloring -- optional


    Recipe

    Combine and freeze according to directions. Let "ripen" about 4 hours.
