    2 cups heavy cream or whipping cream
    1 cup sugar
    Grated peel of one lemon
    1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
    6 lemons, halved and pulp scooped out

    Recipe



    Combine the cream and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Blend in the lemon peel and juice. Pour into a shallow pan and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Serve in lemon shells.
