2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 dash salt
1 tablespoon arrowroot
4 cups strawberries -- hulled washed and
-- strained
non-nutritive sweetener equivalent to 4
-- cups sugar






Recipe

Mix gelatin, lemon juice, salt, and arrowroot; add strawberries. Boil, stirring constantly, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sweetener. Fill and seal jars.
