Fruit Rollups

Wash and pit two cups of fresh fruit (apricots, strawberries, cherries).
Puree the fruit in a blender with 1/8 cup of sugar.
Spread the mixture evenly on a cookie sheet covered with waxed paper.
Place the sheet overnight in a 150 degree oven.
When the fruit is dry, roll it and wrap it in waxed paper to store.
