1 cut up fryer or Chicken leg quarters (strip off skin)
1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
1 10oz jar apricot preserve
1 reg size bottle of Kens light russian dressing
Recipe
Clean chicken and strip off skin, arrange in 9x13 pan. Mix together onion soup mix, apricot preserve, and russian dressing. Pour over chicken and bake 1hr in 350 oven. Serve with rice or noodles and a vegatable.
Always a hit. You can use boneless chicken as well just cook less time (45min).
