Munchkin Meatballs

List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons onion flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with foil, then place a baking rack in the pan.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Use a small scoop to scoop out meatballs, or form 1-inch meatballs by hand. Place meatballs on the baking rack and place baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the meatballs have browned and are cooked through.
NOTES:
You should get about 2 dozen meatballs out of the quantities listed here. Serve plain or with marinara sauce, or use in your favorite spaghetti-and-meatballs recipe.
