Using a sharp knife, make about 6 cuts 1/2" apart and 1/2 inch deep into one half of each frankfurter.
Turn frankfurter over and on opposite side and opposite end, make 6 more cuts.
In a large saucepan bring 1 quart water to boil. Drop in frankfurters and simmer about 5 minutes or until curly and snakelike.
Spoon relish into buns to resemble grass.
Place frankfurters in rolls and two dots of mustard to each for eyes.
