Turkey Burger with Cranberry Sauce

List of Ingredients
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups dried bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dry mustard
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1-1/2 cups minced onion
1-1/2 cups minced celery
5 lbs ground turkey
20 hamburger buns
20 oz jellied cranberry sauce
Recipe
In a large bowl, mix together eggs, bread crumbs, seasonings, onion and celery.
Break up ground turkey and gently mix it in with the egg mixture. Incorporate all ingredients together, but do not over mix.
Portion into 4-ounce patties. Cover and hold for service.
Per order: grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, turning once.
Place on toasted bun and serve with 1-ounce cranberry sauce.
