    Fat Free Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients

    2 8 oz. Bars of Fat Free cream cheese
    1/2 c Sugar
    1 t Vanilla
    2 Egg whites or egg sub
    Graham crackers for crust


    Recipe

    Soften cream cheese and add rest of ingredients. Blend
    until smooth and pour into crust.

    You could add lemon juice and zest to make a lemony cheesecake.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
