    1/4 cup onion, chopped 50 ml
    8 plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped 8
    1/2 red onion, diced 1/2
    2 jalapeno, peppers diced 2
    1 clove clove garlic, chopped 1 clove
    1/4 cup fresh coriander 50 ml
    1/2 tsp ground roasted cumin 2 ml
    1/4 cup lime juice salt & pepper to taste 50 ml

    Recipe



    Combine ingredients in non-aluminum bowl. Cover and let stand several hours at room temperature, or overnight in fridge.

    Makes 16 servings.
