    Low-fat No Bake Mint Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients

    1 pkg. (6 oz.) SNACKWELL'S Mint Creme Cookies, divided
    1 pkg. (8-oz.) fat free cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 (8-oz.) fat free vanilla yogurt or fat free sour cream
    1 (8-oz.) fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1 (9-inch) prepared OREO Pie Crust
    Additional fat free whipped topping, for garnish

    Recipe

    Beat cream cheese and sugar in bowl with electric mixer at
    medium speed until smooth. Beat in yogurt or sour cream until well blended.

    Stir in whipped topping just until blended; fold in chopped cookies.

    Spoon filling mixture into prepared pie crust; refrigerate
    until firm, about 3 hours. Serve garnished with halved cookies and additional whipped topping if desired.

    YIELD: 8 Servings
