Quick and Easy Low-Fat Cupcakes

List of Ingredients
2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce Recipe
1. Put all the ingredients together and beat with a mixer on medium-high setting for 3 minutes.
2. Place cupcake wrappers in a cupcake pan and fill them with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and test with a toothpick to make sure they're done.
Yields: 12 cupcakes.
