1 pound round steak
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 14 1/2 ounce can fat free beef broth
1/2 cup onion, chopped
Recipe
Trim all visible fat from steak. Cut into four pieces. Pound to tenderize. Salt and pepper. Put flour in a plastic sealable bag and add meat, close bag, shake. Brown meat in hot oil. Add onions and saute. Add broth, cover and simmer until done.
