1 lb. Sole fillets
1/4 cup Dry white wine
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Capers drained
1/2 tsp. Caraway seeds
1/8 tsp. White Pepper Recipe
Spray 9x9 baking dish with non-stick cookinq spray. Place fish in dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
