    3/4 C. plain low fat yogurt
    1/2 C. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 C. all-purpose flour
    1/2 T. baking soda
    1 T. salt
    Dash of vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Combine yogurt, cottage cheese and eggs in blender.
    Blend until smooth and creamy. Stir flour, baking soda and salt together. Add to yogurt mixture; blend only until mixed.
