Addictive Salad

List of Ingredients
1/2 Lemon
1/2 cup light olive oil
3-5 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup finely greated parmesan
Fresh ground pepper (to taste)
1 bag of prepared romain or two romaine stalks chopped
in small bitesize pieces
Recipe
Place minced garlic in olive oil and set aside while preparing the rest of the salad. (You may strain out the garlic when the salad is ready.) I leave it in!!
Add crumbled blue cheese and 1/2 of the parmesan to the olive oil mixture.
Pour over lettuce, add fresh ground pepper to taste, remaining parmesan, toss and enjoy!
