1 tsp soybean oil
5 oz sirloin steak (boneless)
2 large mushrooms (sliced)
1 tbs lemon juice
1 pinch salt and pepper
Recipe
Heat non-stick skillet. Add oil to heated skillet. Cut steak into bite-size cubes: place in skillet with mushrooms and lemon juice. Cook steak until done to taste. Season with salt and pepper if desired and serve hot.
Serves 1 - (3 grams of carbs for entire meal)
