    1 1/2 pounds chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks, or chicken breasts)
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
    2 tablespoons McCormick® 1 Step Seasoning: Italian Herb

    Recipe



    1. Cook chicken pieces and bell pepper in well oiled nonstick skillet over medium-high heat about 5 minutes or until chicken is brown.

    2. Add tomato sauce and 1 Step. Cook, covered, on medium, turning once, 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done.

    Tip: To ensure quicker and more even cooking, cut bone-in chicken breast in half.
