    List of Ingredients





    1 lb ground beef [0 g]
    1/2 - 1 cup (raw) cabbage [2-3 g]
    4 oz. can of mushrooms [4 g?]
    1/4 cup soy sauce (that's 4 Tbs) [6 g]
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

    Recipe



    Half-brown hamburger with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

    Add cabbage, soy sauce and 3/4 cup water. Cover and simmer until cabbage is desired softness.

    Add mushrooms and cook for 5 more minutes.

    YIELD: 4 good-sized servings, re-heats well.
    Approx 3.5 g carb per serving.

    Modifications:
    - Add ginger or crushed red peppers for spice.
    - Add or substitute broccoli or any other desired vegetable
    (watch those carbs, tho!)
    - Fresh zucchini or yellow squash is nice in the summer
