1 Boneless, skinless chicken breast for each person
1 Slice of swiss cheese for each
1 Slice of ham for each
Parmesan cheese (the kind in the green can)
Parsley flakes
Salt
Pepper
Recipe
Pound each chicken breast out flat between pieces of plastic wrap.
Sprinkle each chicken breast with salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
Top with cheese and ham. Roll up, using toothpicks to hold.
Completely coat outside of the rolled up chicken
breast with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
Carbs.: 0,1, or 2 depending on cheese and ham used.
