    4oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1/4 C heavy cream,
    1 1/2 t sugar free vanilla extract
    20 packets of sugar substitute
    3/4 C chopped toasted walnuts macadamias or nuts of your choice
    foil candy holders

    Recipe



    In a medium bowl set over (but not touching) a saucepan of boiling water, melt chocolate and butter; stir until smooth.
    Remove from heat; stir in cream, extract, and sugar substitute. Fold in nuts.
    Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls into foil candy holders.
    Chill until very firm, about 30 min.
