    2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet CollectionTM Ancho Chile Pepper
    1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet CollectionTM Saigon Cinnamon
    1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet CollectionTM Mediterranean Oregano Leaves
    1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet CollectionTM Chipotle Chile Pepper
    1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet CollectionTM Parsley Flakes
    1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet CollectionTM Ground Cumin
    3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet CollectionTM Coarse Grind Black Pepper
    1 1/4 teaspoons salt
    4 New York strip or rib eye steaks, cut 1-inch thick

    Recipe



    1. Combine spices and salt in a small bowl. Spread over a large plate. Roll steaks in spices to coat evenly.

    2. Grill steaks over medium-high heat or broil 8-10 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
