    3 cucumbers
    1 teaspoon of salt
    2 cups of white vinegar
    1 cup of sour cream
    1 teaspoon of sesame oil
    1 tablespoon of scallions, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon of fresh ginger root, finely chopped


    Recipe



    Peel the cucumbers and slice thinly.

    Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the cucumbers. Stir.

    Chill overnight before serving.
