List of Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese

3 large eggs

½ cup Splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 small package sugar free chocolate pudding




Recipe

Blend together cream cheese, eggs, Splenda (trademark), vanilla and sugar free pudding. Pour into a nonstick 9” pie pan lined with parchment or waxed paper.

If you’re planning to serve the cake after you’ve removed it from the pan, consider using a spring form pan instead.

Bake at 350 for an hour. Turn off the oven and wait 60 minutes. Chill and serve.

Top with whipped cream and strawberries for an extra kick.
