    3 tablespoons McCormick® Gourmet CollectionTM Greek Seasoning
    2 tablespoons butter, softened
    1 whole chicken (3-4 pounds)
    1 lemon, cut in half

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Greek seasoning with butter. Rub half of the butter mixture under the chicken skin and the remaining mixture over the chicken skin.

    2. Cut 1 fresh lemon in half; stuff in chicken cavity.

    2. Roast 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer inserted in chicken thigh registers 180°F.
