    Low-Carb Crab Cakes

    Adapted from Old Bay Seasoning recipe.


    List of Ingredients




    2 cans (6 oz. each) fancy white crab meat, drained
    1 egg
    1/4 cup Italian-style Keto crumbs
    1 Tb. dried parsley flakes, crushed
    2 Tb. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. baking powder

    Recipe



    1. Pick over the crab meat for pieces of shell, etc.

    2. Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl.

    3. Form into 4 patties.

    4. Pan-fry in oil over medium to med-high heat in large non-stick skillet. Cook approximately 3 minutes on the first side before flipping for the first time. Cook 3 minutes more on other side. Continue cooking until both sides are golden brown.

    5. Serve with low-carb ketchup and with mayonnaise that has some Old Bay Seasoning mixed into it.

    Servings: 2 (2 crab cakes each)
