    If you can't live without chocolate, take a trip over to the baking isle of your grocery store for Lindt® milk chocolate truffle bars or individual truffles. FABULOUS flavor... teeny bit of carbs.


    Perk up soggy lettuce by adding lemon juice to a bowl of cold water and soak for an hour in the fridge.


    If you are making deviled eggs and want them to slice perfectly, dip your knife in water first. The slice will be smooth and you won't have yolk sticking to the knife!

    Add a pinch of salt to cream before whipping. It strengthens the fat cells and the cream will stiffen a lot faster!

    Try a reversal diet if you are stuck with no weight loss for more than 6 weeks. Dr. Atkins recommends choosing another diet plan with specific guidelines. Go off low carb for 3-4 days and onto this other diet. Then return to low carb. Then watch the scale reward your planning! Yea!



    Store leftover carrots, onions, green beans, and peas in a Tupperware bowl or freezer bad. They'll come in handy for your next big pot of soup!


    Ripe not Rotten: Keep your tomatoes stored with their stems pointed downward and they will keep fresh longer!



    Always heat your frying pan before adding oil or butter. This keeps things from sticking to the pan.
