List of Ingredients




5 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
dash of oregano
4 turkery sausage links (cut into pieces)
3 pieces of bacon (cut into pieces)
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup of the cheese of your choice



Recipe



Preheat oven to 350.

Mix eggs and heavy cream until blended. Add all ingredients except cheese in the bowl. Pour mixture into pie pan sprayed with Pam. Crumble cheese over the top

Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Serves 6-8

Approx 1-2 grams of carbs per serving
