Parmesan Chicken Bake

4 large chicken breasts, skinless boneless
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
cooking spray
salt
black pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Place chicken in pan and season with salt and pepper on each side. Bake for 20 minutes, remove from heat.
In a bowl, mix the mayo, lemon juice, garlic and cheese. Spread the mixture over the chicken and bake an additional 20 minutes or until golden brown.
(Check with a kitchen thermometer if you are uncertain of doneness. some ovens may finish the cooking time faster than others.)
