4 Chicken Breasts
Half Bag frozen Broccolli
1 small can or 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
1 tbls of olive oil
1/2 cup of coconut milk
2 tbls of Tahini (ground seasme seeds)
1 tbls Garlic Salt
1 tbls pepper
Recipe
Cut Chicken into bite size pieces, brown in olive oil add veggies to pan till cooked. In a small cup or bowl mix Cocunut milk, tahini, garlic salt & pepper until smooth and mixed, pour into pan over chicken and veggies and toss until they are all covered, simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
Serves 2-3
Approx 15 grams of carbs for entire meal
