Shrimp & Egg Salad

1 8oz package pre-cooked salad shrimp
7 Eggs (large)
3/4 cup mayonaisse
1 celery stalk chopped
1 tbsp dill pickle relish
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
salt & pepper to taste
2 cups shredded lettuce
Recipe
Boil eggs, allow them to cool to room temp. Peel and dice eggs. Mix all ingredients together, chill and serve over a bed of lettuce.
