    List of Ingredients




    1 pound orange roughy fillet, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 cup McCormick® Golden Dipt® Lemon Pepper Marinade
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    3 plum tomatoes, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
    1/4 cup milk or coconut milk
    chopped cilantro leaves, if desired

    Recipe



    1. Place fish and shrimp in a self-closing plastic bag. Add marinade; turn to coat. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

    2. Heat oil in medium saucepan. Sauté bell pepper, onion and tomatoes 4-5 minutes.

    3. Add fish and seafood with marinade to vegetable mixture. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and fish flakes easily with a fork. Stir in milk and remove from heat. Serve over rice. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
