List of Ingredients
1 small White onion, almost pureed
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 1/4 cups Red wine vinegar
1 1/4 cups Water, warm
1 1/2 tbsp Salt
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cups Oil, vegetable, olive, walnut or other oil to taste
3 1/2 tbsp Burgundy wine
Recipe
Process the onion in a cuisinart until it is almost pureed. Add mustard, vinegar, water, salt, tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce and pulse until blended. Add oil in a steady stream while whisking (the oil won't emulsify, but blending in this manner will help the dressing stay mixed if you're preparing to use it right away). Add the wine.
