2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 large zucchini, sliced
1 tablespoon McCormick® Minced Onions
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Black Pepper
Recipe
1. Melt butter in a medium skillet. Add zucchini and minced onion. Sauté 2 minutes.
2. Add garlic salt, oregano, and pepper. Sauté 5 minutes or until zucchini is crisp-tender.
