    ¼ c soy sauce or tamari
    2 T dark sesame oil
    2 T rice vinegar
    1 T minced garlic
    1 T minced ginger
    1 scallion, sliced thin
    Ground black pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl. Place meat, poultry, fish, or vegetables in resealable bag or in shallow, nonreactive pan.

    Pour marinade over contents and seal or cover. Turn resealable bag or stir contents of pan occasionally to evenly distribute marinade.

    Makes ½ cup.
