1 1/2 tb Soy sauce
1/4 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Marjoram
1/8 ts Pepper
2 lb Lean meat (flank or round

Recipe
Crumble oregano and marjoram into wine and soy sauce. Add pepper. Place meat in a plastic bag, pour marinade over, and seal bag. Chill 12 to 18 hours. Baste meat with marinade while cooking.
