    Rub: Jim Goode's BBQ Beef Rub

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 Tblsp dark brown sugar
    2 Tblsp paprika
    2 Tblsp dry mustard
    2 tsp onion powder
    2 tsp garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp dried sweet basil
    1 tsp grouund bay leaves
    3/4 tsp dried thyme
    3/4 tsp ground savory
    3/4 tsp ground coriander
    3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    3/4 tsp white pepper
    1/8 tsp ground cumin
    salt, to taste

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in small container...can be stored up to 4 months in airtight container.

    To use, massage into meat thoroughly the night before you plan to grill. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in refridgerator.

    Makes 3/4 cup. Per tblsp: 18 cal; .3 g fat; no cholesterol
