    "1 Step Seasoning and mango transport you to the tropics when you try this delicious and colorful Key West Mango Chicken."

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 mango
    2 tablespoons finely diced red bell pepper
    2 tablespoons McCormick® 1 Step Seasoning: Lemon Herb
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    Recipe



    1. Rinse and pat dry chicken. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes. Peel mango and cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch cubes. Set mango aside.

    2. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken cubes and diced red bell pepper; then sprinkle evenly with 1 Step Seasoning. Cook and stir for 6 minutes. Add mango and continue to cook 1 minute more.

    SERVES 4
