List of Ingredients
1 can (12 ounces) luncheon meat, cut in strips
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cubed cooked potatoes (about 4 medium)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Lightly brown meat and onion in butter until onion is tender.
Blend in soup and milk.
Add remaining ingredients; cook over low heat 10 minutes or until flavors are blended. Stir often.
SERVES 4
